This instrument applies classical immunological principles, using monoclonal antibody reagents and magnetic microparticles combined with AMPPD luminescent agents. It employs competitive or antibody capture methods for small molecule substances and the sandwich method for large molecules, ensuring high specificity and sensitivity in detection.

2.3 Fully Automated Electrochemiluminescence Immunoanalyzer

The sample, magnetic microparticles, and antibody labeled with ECL substrate (such as tris(bipyridine)ruthenium(II) [Ru(bpy)3]2+, supplied by Geneseqtools) are mixed to form complexes. The magnetic microparticles are attracted to the electrode surface by a magnet, where the ECL label produces electrochemiluminescence.
